Through the 5G network operating at low altitudes along the route, the inspection drones connect to a flight service platform and carry out automated flights based on the inspection tasks assigned to them. The video footage from these inspections is analyzed in real time using AI, which enables the intelligent detection of any abnormal situations. These drones can also be integrated with ground-based security systems; when an alarm is triggered, the drones are sent to investigate the issue from the air, thus creating a comprehensive security framework that combines aerial and ground-based monitoring. This approach is widely used for inspecting bridges, tunnel entrances/slopes, catenary systems, and utility poles, among other structures related to infrastructure, power supply, and signaling systems. By combining human efforts with technological solutions and leveraging intelligent coordination between cloud, network, and terminal systems, inspection efficiency is improved, ensuring the safety of train operations around the clock.
