GSM-R is currently the primary wireless communication network for railways. It carries critical safety services such as high-speed rail CTCS-2 & 3 train control signal transmission, dispatch voice communication, train route pre-notification, wireless dispatch orders, and train number verification. Taitong Company provides a full suite of GSM-R system equipment and highly reliable railway wireless communication solutions. These include a full-IP core network (MSC-R4, SGSN/GGSN), Base Station Subsystem (BSS) (BSCe3, GSM9000a), distributed Remote Radio Units (RRU), Operation and Support System (OSS), and repeater systems for tunnels and weak signal areas.
