On July 9, 2026, China Communications and Transportation Association held a meeting in Beijing to evaluate the scientific and technological achievements of "DRTD Digital Optical Fiber Repeater Technology and Application" developed by Nanjing Taitong Technology Co., Ltd. This evaluation meeting will invite industry authoritative experts to form an evaluation Committee. According to the review process, Nanjing Taitong Technology fully reported the research and development process, product composition and characteristics of the results.

After listening to the report and watching the live demonstration, the experts conducted in-depth questions and discussions and fully affirmed the results. This project closely tracks the construction and deployment of DRTD (Digital Radio Dispatching Signal System) of China Railway, closely follows the digital upgrade plan of railway communication, and carries out technical research for key requirements such as wireless coverage, train tail communication and public works communication during the transition period between the old and new standards. After deliberation by the Evaluation Committee, it is determined that this project has achieved the following innovative results:
1. Based on the multi-mode and different-standard parallel transceiver architecture with independent physical channels, a narrow-band multi-cavity high rejection filter is developed, and differential filtering, gain adjustment and distortion correction algorithms are proposed, which deeply suppress the crosstalk between multi-mode frequency bands and solve the problems of serious mutual interference and poor stability of traditional multi-mode equipment;
2. A new type of equipment is developed, which integrates the requirements of DRTD digital optical fiber repeater I /II, analog train wireless dispatching communication and freight train tail service, meets the railway operation needs during the transition from analog system to digital system, and expands the relay function of freight train tail communication;
3. Facing the requirement of wireless communication coverage with super-long distance between railway stations, the package structure of CPRI data frame is optimized, adaptive error correction coding and data retransmission verification logic are added, and dynamic delay calibration and timing synchronization algorithm are developed, which realizes the synchronization of time slots of near-end and far-end clock signals, and can support the stable operation of the system under the transmission distance of 40km.
The results have formed a number of intellectual property rights in the research and development process, and the core technologies are self-controllable. The products have passed the authoritative inspection of China Railway Inspection and Certification Center, and have been applied in China Railway Lanzhou and Guangzhou Bureau Group Company. Based on the above achievements, the overall technology of this project has reached the domestic leading level, which has important popularization and application value.

At the judging meeting, experts listened to the report of the person in charge of Nanjing Taitong Science and Technology R&D Project and observed the prototype demonstration.
